1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kxv8 website located at kxv8.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to kxv8 and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by kxv8 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game outcome, or any other wagerable event made available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all kxv8 transactions are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to maintain an active Account and process withdrawals.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the Platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. kxv8 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

2.3 kxv8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension. Any winnings accumulated during a period when eligibility is unconfirmed may be withheld pending verification.

2.4 You confirm that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), are not subject to international sanctions, and are not using the Platform on behalf of any sanctioned entity.

3. Registration

3.1 To access the full features of the Platform, including placing Bets and making deposits, you must register a kxv8 Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account per person is strictly enforced. Each individual may hold only one kxv8 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. kxv8 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any Bets or Bonus Funds associated with them.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Material changes — including changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment details — must be communicated to [email protected] promptly.

3.4 kxv8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4. Account Use & Security

4.1 Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access, operate, or place Bets using your Account.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kxv8 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.3 Any action taken on the Platform while logged into your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. kxv8 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify kxv8 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your Account pending security review.

4.5 kxv8 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on kxv8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

5.2 Approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other channels made available on the Platform from time to time. Available methods are shown in your Account dashboard.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or near real time depending on the payment provider. kxv8 does not control processing times imposed by third-party payment services.

5.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. kxv8 will process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's timelines.

5.5 kxv8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large, where the Account has not previously completed KYC, or where fraud prevention checks are triggered.

5.6 You must only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use kxv8 for any money-laundering, structuring, or financial crime. kxv8 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity where required.

5.7 Deposits made in error or by third parties will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees. kxv8 is not responsible for funds sent by mistake to an incorrect mobile number or bank account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 kxv8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit matches, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

6.2 Wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonuses are issued to genuine players for recreational purposes. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or bonus abuse strategies — will have their Bonus Funds voided and their Account reviewed.

6.4 kxv8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and partially wagered will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of wagering completion, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bets placed on the Platform are binding once confirmed. You should review your selections carefully before confirming any Bet. kxv8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Bets except where a manifest error in odds is identified (see clause 7.4).

7.2 Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply and are displayed at the point of Bet placement. Limits may vary by sport, event, market, and Account tier. kxv8 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits without notice.

7.3 Live (in-play) Betting: Bets on live events are accepted subject to system availability. kxv8 cannot guarantee the availability of live markets during any specific event. Connection interruptions, data feed delays, and operator-initiated market suspensions may affect live Bet acceptance.

7.4 Manifest Errors: If kxv8 publishes incorrect odds or game parameters due to a technical or human error, kxv8 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was discovered before or after Bets were settled.

7.5 Winnings are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times follow the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). kxv8 may delay settlement pending result confirmation.

7.6 Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by our licensed game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. kxv8 does not control individual game outcomes.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxv8 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the betting interface.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform data, odds feeds, or proprietary content.

8.2 kxv8 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kxv8 may void all associated Bets, forfeit Account Balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 kxv8 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

9.2 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, access to the Account will be blocked and no promotional communications will be sent.

9.3 If you close your Account voluntarily while a real-money Balance remains, kxv8 will process a withdrawal of your remaining Balance to your registered payment method after any pending verifications are completed. Bonus Funds not yet released for withdrawal will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.4 kxv8 reserves the right to retain Account records for a minimum of five (5) years following closure for regulatory, anti-money-laundering, and dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kxv8 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10.2 kxv8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if kxv8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 kxv8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 kxv8 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 kxv8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

11.3 kxv8 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

11.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by kxv8, subject to our legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 kxv8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kxv8 will notify registered Players by email or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

12.3 The current version of these Terms is always available on the kxv8 website at kxv8.io/terms-conditions. The effective date shown in the hero section of this page reflects the version you are currently reading.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and kxv8 shall be referred to binding arbitration.

13.2 kxv8 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation.

13.3 In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.
